The overall experience is very good! The professional experts showed me different options, all are transparent and no pressure for me to make selection! They also provided very good advice on my car insurance to avoid my unexpected loss in the future. They supported to call the insurance company to explain the situation, and gave me some good suggestions on few other car related things! They fully understood my needs and concerns, the final work is as 4s shop quality but with very affordable price! So glad to work with you shop!

I would not recommend this shop they are dishonest and very rude to you. Impossible to talk to them about their mistakes. The owner is rude and he insults you in front of customers and employees just because he doesn’t want to take responsibility for his poor work. Threatens you by calling the police and makes rude comments about your appearance and says you’re not from this country.

Was disrespected and had such a horrible experience. My car was in an accident and I brought it to them and they promised to me they would fully replace parts that were damaged with new parts that was not the case. They smoothed out and repainted parts of my car and did not want to admit they did not replace some of the car parts. The part they did replace was used and as another reviewer has mentioned the parts came with little dots indicating they were not original and were used/inferior parts. Parts were moved and not correctly fitted into place and I brought it up to their attention and they were annoyed and brushing me off that I was complaining and its things they should be aware of before trying to return the car to the owner. I had to come multiple times because they did not do their work as they promised. There was a part that was sticking out and I brought it to their attention to fix it and every time I tried to pick up my car it was not fixed. It's frustrating that as a customer to be pointing out issues and mistakes that the employees and management should have been aware of and fixed. One of their employees used my car when I left it with them and connected their phone and doesn’t want to admit they did so. Who knows what else they were doing with my car while it was there. When I first came the owner was acting all friendly and promising he was going to replace everything and do a good job. When I would bring up the mistakes and problems he didn't want to listen and was dodging my questions and concerns. He would have his employees talk to me to avoid giving me explanations as to why he was not fulfilling his work as promised. Said I was disrespecting him for complaining and would constantly avoid talking to me. If he's the owner why is he avoiding taking responsibility for the work that was not correctly done. The owner was also threatening to call the police on me just because I was pointing out the poor work done on my car. He insulted me in front of customers and employees saying that this is America and he said this isn't my country all because I brought to his attention about him not taking responsibility for his mistakes and his false promises. The work they do does not equal how much they are charing for. They kept changing things along the way and were not honest to me from the beginning. I have every right to point out the errors in their work because I will not accept anything less from what is promised to me and its a service that is being payed for, the owner needs to be able to listen and address concerns instead of being avoidant, insulting and not being honest.
