This is the second time we have used them. State Farm recommended them. All the employees that I spoke with provided amazing customer service. When We did not use insurance this last time, we found the cost to be lower than other places. Actually, both times they were lower. Work was completed extremely fast and looked amazing each time. Very grateful.

The process was a painful 1. Not so much regarding FixIt than the insurance company. Miguel was very proficient and informative. Lacked a little in communication at the end, maybe due to the unresponsive insurance company, but very skilled in his profession. Would definatley use again.
