Falsified documentation to exchange your battery that only cost $250 and wants to charge the customer $850 for labor which only takes an hour at most to diagnose and to switch the battery out I did not request for any work to be done they did it upon their own house. And theft felony theft 3rd degree property was stolen out of my vehicle which was secured I have several witnesses to testify to this fact and now they want me to pay $1,000 or else they're holding my vehicle hostage as a form to try to extort funds from this customer
