It’s not the repair shops fault, however there is a part on back order. I believe the shop could have done a better job of communicating the anticipated delay.

The only issue I have with AutoCollision is that when they remove my glass from the door they scratch my tinted on my back window and never told me about it I saw it when I got home..besides that the job was done right

Job was ok but everytime I fix my car there, there’s a problem. Last time the color didn’t match and they had to redo the paint. This time they put deep scratches in my rear window and marks in paint and are trying to deny it of course
