The repair work done on my vehicle is top notch, and so is and the service. I mostly dealt with Jackie but everybody that works in the shop is nice and helpful. I appreciated the communication when there was a delay with that caused the completion time to be extended by three days. They even replaced the turn signal bulb even though it wasn't related to the crash related damage. I would recommend this shop to anybody I know.

The staff was incredibly friendly. However, I was not properly updated on status of my vehicle and had to make adjustments financially and at work to accommodate pick-up. I was told car would be ready on Monday and never received and update on the delay until I traveled and hour plus and made accommodations at work to leave early that I found out it would not be ready until Wednesday. I am incredibly frustrated this occurred and I was not properly accommodated for the inconvenience.

My van sustained significant front and front -left side damage as well as axel and engine damage. Auto Tecx Collision and Repair brought the van back to life beyond my expectation and in very good time. 5 Stars all the way.
