This is my 4th time using Autowerks my family had a good experience before but after this time we are done. Not to mention they siphoned gas off my vehicle.

I tried communicating with my estimator via email several times with no response just to be told he’s on vacation! Professionally there should be someone else covering for him . But that wasn’t the case.

If the scale would have allowed negative numbers I would have chosen the lowest. Waited four business days for a quote and that was after having to call twice to prompt personnel to do so. When I got the quote, was literally double what he'd 'estimated' originally. Oh, and by the way, more than double what I got it done for.
