Overall, very good customer service. The only issue was notification of the final extension of the repair time. I phoned on the day the vehicle was to be ready to be picked up only to find out it would not ready for four more days. The email notifcation of the final extension arrived on the day it was ready to be picked up.

Thank you for all your help, however, I'm pretty disappointed with the rock chip repair though. It was a completely different color of white in the car is so it stands out crazily when you're standing next to the car. I would have preferred the rock chips the way they were before you "fixed" them, after seeing the gross amount of carelessness that must have been used when applying the touch up paint.

You gave us our car back and it wasn't complete. Mercedes had to fix the rest of it. It took an additional week and several more trips to the dealership and londer car rental.
