Not happy at all! Incomplete work! Called and told me to pick up and left my grandpas side in his death bed to pickup and drove from Salem to pickup and drive back. When I got there was told it wasn't ready. Very upset and at this point will not recommend your company.

From the very first moment I walked into the shop, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and high customer service of the entire staff. Mike Bogdan was my representative, and he was awesome in keeping me updated each step of the way. This is the first time I have experienced such a seamless and sophisticated process that I mentioned to Mike how pleased I have been with my service and how much I loved the automated e-mails I received on the status of my car. I forgot his name, but the person who inspected the damage to my car was very friendly and knowledgeable with my partner and myself.
