Bodywork seems to be fine. Other comments: very slow shop progress, poor customer service contact in the beginning, car cabin smells like several sets of greasy shop overalls are stored in it, part of the total body work will be given to another shop because of poor work estimate quality.

When I dropped off my car. I was concerned about the possibility that my insurance might not cover the full amount. Mike assured me not to worry, saying he had extensive experience working with insurance companies and would take care of everything. However, my company ultimately didn't approve your shops estimate, and I was required to pay the difference of $1697.90 out of my pocket. I didn't fully understand this at the time, but I had no choice to make payment in order retrieve my vehicle, especially since I was out of country. I would greatly appreciate it if your shop could kindly review and reconsider this matter. Thanks...
