While I was happy with the work done, I came away with a bad feeling with their quote on my wheels. I made it a point to confirm twice the cost of $250 for my wheels only to be told when I picked up my car that they meant to say $250 per wheel. Despite ultimately being provided a $200 discount making the set of 4 wheels $800, I still ended up spending $400 more than a recent quote of $100 per wheel. Had it been made more clear, I would have arranged for company that quoted me the lower cost to do the wheels. Just being honest, some what disappointing.

Autowerks Nw made a difficult situation as easy as possible for me. From coordinating a loaner car, to their transparency and excellent communication every step of the way. It took a lot of stress off of my shoulders for them to deliver with my insurance company and rental agency. I also felt confident that my car was being repaired properly with OEM equipment. Best of all my car looks as good as it did before the accident! Thank you!
