If not for failing to disclose that State Farm had notified the shop it would no longer authorize Autowerks rates on Mercedes repairs.... it would have been a 10. Kody is terrific and I'd gladly return if our vehicle needs repair.

Kody is great. I would say that I had to do more leg work with State Farm than expected, but again that had to do with more than our repair. It is a State Farm/Mercedes Certified Alliance Collision Center issue in the Portland market.
