Our experience with Auto Werks was amazing! Our Jaguar looks like brand new again. So helpful and the communication was terrific. Special thanks to Tyrone for all his help with our lousy State Farm insurance. Would highly recommend Auto Werks to anyone that wants a fantastic experience. A+++++

It is not what is used to be, but the repair was great. And since they are the only authorized Mercedes repair shop, I would mention them.

Several years ago we had to have repair work done on my husband's car here. It was so seamless and smooth I was happy when this was the best option for my car. Definitely not the same experience. I was scheduled without being contacted (they told me I missed my repair date when I called them), I only got a date set after I called to set it. I was told I had been emailed and called (hm, no evidence of this in my emails or on my phone) I did get one phone call after I called (scheduler wasn't there, but back soon) I asked to be emailed as I had a meeting, I got a phone call and voicemail. I could never get any replies from Michael (or anyone else) to my emailed questions. The only thing that worked just as smoothly as I remember was pickup and drop off of the rental car in Autowerks parking lot (great job, Enterprise!). My car looks great but there are a number of disconnects in customer service at Autowerks now.
