I’m dissatisfied with having to pay $5,000 out of pocket on an $8,000 bill because insurance would not accept your labor rates. I raised this concern in advance and was told this had never happened before with Geico, which led me to believe it would not be an issue. Being the exception left me unprepared and forced to dispute coverage on a subject I know little about. Since I have already paid Autowerks, it no longer seems to be a priority. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop unless someone is comfortable paying significant costs out of pocket.

The work on my vehicle was excellent, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. When I picked up my car, it was returned to me super clean and looking great.
