No communication on progress. Had to wait 5 days instead of quoted 3 days. Kept saying parts haven’t come in yet. Car looks fine.. would never use Autoworks again!

This is my first experience with Autoworks and it was a very good recommendation from my dealership. I appreciated the detailed invoice of the work done that they were turning in to the insurance company. Also, they made it very convenient for me to pick up and drop off my rental car.
