After the repair to hood and fender it was never washed and had lot of surface dirt. Took away from the fresh new paint job and just looked messy.

Starter should have been replaced since it got hit on that side because ever since I got the truck back the starter has been acting up and I have to bang on it to get it started at least once a day.

Communication was excellent from the front desk ladies but not the guy over everything because I called to check on my truck and would leave messages with no call back and would call back almost a week later until I got ahold of him. He also said he'd speak to state farm about my starter but I haven't heard anything back in day's
