Michelle, Dan and the rest of the Autoworks team are nothing short of REMARKABLE. We dropped our Volkswagen GTI to get the driver front repaired after a deer hit. There was a mix up on which collision facility to take our vehicle for repairs (my insurance company's fault, not Autoworks) and they didn't have us on their schedule. BUT they got us in, got the ball rolling, repaired and had our vehicle back in 7 business days (over a holiday). There were no delays in the process. Dan called about unrelated damage to the passenger front (which we knew about) and let us know what exactly needed to be fixed. He advised us how we could save a little bit of money with the overlapping repairs being done on the driver front. When we got back our vehicle, it was almost brand new again! The paint job was superb! Couldn't even tell the vehicle was in an accident. Autoworks had surpassed our expectations!! THANK YOU!!!

They were very helpful. When there was something not finished (that was a problem with the car) they got on it right away. We just got it back and looks great. I tried hard to see any signs of the damage, but the formerly damaged surfaces looked like my truck just came off of the showroom floor. The work was completed by the time they said it would be, and they even cleaned my floor mats. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. A loaner vehicle was provided and it was also clean. All-in-all, it was a good experience and I would feel comfortable referring friends/family to your business.

I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service and quality of work that was done to my vehicle. To be honest my car looks better now then when I bought it. I was also given a longer vehicle at no cost to me for the entire time my car was being repaired great service and most importantly high quality craftsmanship couldn't be any happier with the finish product.
