The finished job was great and the vehicle looks brand new. I was just disappointed with the lack of communication from the time the estimate was approved to when the parts arrived and it was time to schedule repairs. As a local insurance agent who recommends Autoworks to all my clients, I was shocked when I was not updated for several weeks on what the plan was. I can’t confidently send our insureds to a shop that doesn’t communicate effectively. Hopefully this was just a fluke and again the repairs look amazing.

I was very happy with autoworks shop but I was a little disappointed that safeco said there would be no charge for a rental and I still ended up paying for insurance and the gas. Maybe I misunderstood but if I would have known it would be 89$ for the rental I would have made do without it. Otherwise it was all good. Thanks!
