The only problem I had was when I called into Autoworks to find out if I needed to make an appointment or just walk in to have my truck fixed, I asked Tiffany the same question three times and she couldn't answer it. Over that, I had to wait one more day to have my truck fixed because I couldn't get a straight answer as to when to bring my truck in. After speaking with Dan, I learned when I could bring my truck in.

I will never recommend this shop to anyone ever again. Dan is unprofessional and rude. I attempted to call and find out who the owner of the shop is and Dan answered the phone, I hung up. I refuse to speak to someone that spoke to me over the phone the way he did. He should be removed from his position.

Would have like to have someone walk around work repaired. Then could have showed the issues with the job. When I worked for Dave in holmesville. A car would of never went out that way.
