Initial repair estimate was 7 to 10 days. On the 10th day I got another estimate of four or five days. When I called on the fifth day, I left a message but didn’t get a return call that happened three times. But the car was ready soon after that.

The work done looks great and so far we haven’t had any issues. The shop and the insurance company took care of everything without me having to be involved. We were in our only other accident last year and it was a nightmare dealing with a different shop and insurance company. I was expecting the same experience here but was very pleasantly surprised.
