Unfortunately, this is the third time I have had to utilize the services of Autoworks. 2 deer strikes and my recent accident. Each time I have been more than impressed by Michael Lane's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine thoughtfulness in handling the claim. The car has always looked terrific when picked up, and it has always been apleasure to work with Mike...even in the unfortunate circumstances we do business. It is a first class organization and he sets the tone for the entire organization!
