Very unlikely. My concern was not properly addressed after the repair. The vehicle was still experiencing the same issue immediately after pickup, and I felt brushed off when I returned to report it. The issue was later confirmed by a dealership diagnostic to still be present, and it has not been resolved by the shop.

I am dissatisfied with the quality of my repair. Within minutes of picking up my car, I noticed it was still veering to the right. I went back to AutoWorks and explained the issue, but I felt brushed off. I was told the veering was due to a worn front driver-side strut and was advised to take it to a Kia dealership. After explaining everything to the dealership, they said it sounded like an alignment issue. I had a diagnostic done, and the car failed the alignment test. The alignment has been confirmed to be out of specification. It’s frustrating that AutoWorks is saying nothing is wrong with my car when the dealership has now confirmed multiple times that the alignment is still off. The issue has not been resolved, and the repair was not properly completed.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received. When I returned to AutoWorks shortly after picking up my car and explained that it was still veering to the right, I felt brushed off. Instead of addressing my concern or rechecking the work, I was told the issue was unrelated and was advised to take my car elsewhere. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and there was no effort made to properly resolve the issue at that time.
