Y'all did an excellent job on the outside of my car fixing the repairs . I'm having some issues with the inside rattling and squeaking in the windows and its pulling to the right . Not sure who needs to check that , would that be Gerry Lane or the body shop?

It would have been higher if someone would have call me to let me know that my vehicle was ready instead I was charged more from enterprise and without a car. The communication was not good at all . With a little communication I could have took off of work and made plans to get my vehicle and instead of being over charged by the rental people .

I already had started recommending them once car went in. I learned about this shop by asking folks in Zachary, LA about them. They had a schedule board up in the office that showed each car's time frame for work, that impressed me. The way my car was revived back to its original state prior to damage was super! Getting it back fully detailed in& out was ideal! Their lot was neat & organized & cars are secure after hours.

I was a little confused and disappointed when I saw that it had a front grill of the next model Camry without knowing in advance or given a choice of if I wanted it or not, but I guess it’s ok because I’m not keeping it, but if I was I wouldn’t be 100% happy with that because that’s not what goes on my car and it was put on there without telling me and I don’t like the silver strip because my car was all one color. But other than that I don’t have any complaints about anything else. I would recommend you all to friends and family and I would use you again but just would prefer better communication upon completion of repairs.
