I'd actually give a higher rating than 10. Why? I have used their shop three times and each experience has been excellent in all respects.

I have had to use various body shops over the years. Avenue is absolutely THE BEST. Dunn's import (fabulous car repair shop) recommended Avenue and after three (3) body shop experiences I realize why. They tell you how much it will cost and when the car will be ready. All 3 times that was exactly what happened: no price changes and no delays. The FREE loaner car was a bonus.

Mike (the owner) is a very professional, courteous and most importantly to me, customer-satisfaction guy. A pleasure to do business with.
