I'd recommend Caliber because the work was great but I would warn them that the communication isn't ideal.

Communication could've been better. I only received text messages and they were marked by spam by my phone. Also, nobody told me when I dropped off my car or when notified to pick up that Caliber doesn't accept cash payments. I was then told to walk to the closest bank to cut a cashier's check, which they wouldn't do. I spent over an hour walking which could've been avoided with better communication.
