It took awhile but we got our van back looking better than when we bought it. Love the tri-weekly updates so we never were in the dark about the repair status.Caliper worked directly with our insurance so there was no confusion about payment. Let’s hope Mother Nature doesn’t throw another hail storm at us for a long while.

I was mostly satisfied with exception that one small part of molding had remained unattended and cracked. Upon pick up and my pointing out the oversight of the crack, the representative said he would order that part. Overall my experience was good. I appreciate the ease of drop-off and the many updates throughout the process of repairs being done to my vehicle.
