Everyone was great! Kaylee did a great job with handling the insurance company and getting me scheduled as soon as she could. She answered all of my questions! Tim did a great job with explaining the process and letting me know what to expect with the collision repair process. I would absolutely recommend Gerber to anyone who needs a repair on their vehicle.

Kailee at Commercial Avenue in Madison, WI was the absolute best at communication! She was super friendly and made the whole experience super easy. We were surprised they cleaned the inside of the car as well. The job looks great and I highly recommend them!

After doing the walk-around inspection with the Auto technician that completed repairing my moderate Hail Damage it was soon discovered my SiriousXM satellite radio had no reception! I reported it to GERBER before I left thier Lot with the vehicle.

Communication was terrible. Phone calls weren't answered. No updates. Also, my car sat outside for two weeks at the the repair shop without any working being done on it. That was outrageous.

The work turned out fine, but the experience wasn't good. They had us bring in the car in the middle of June where it sat outside for two weeks or more with nothing done. When I called for updates, many times no-one answered the phone. I had to drive there to find out progress. Then after five weeks, I was told it would be done on a Friday only to be told it was moved to the following Friday. Not good customer service. Bad communication.
