Upon receipt of the car I was disappointed to see that the driver side front tire was very low and the fender on that side was what was worked on by Gerber collision so I didn't quite understand why either a it wasn't taken care of or be at least let me know about it so it was it was a safety hazard upon receipt of the car.... However I did appreciate the constant communication with Savannah I thought she did a good job

It looks good at first glance, but as soon as I looked deeper there are too many issues to list. I will be in contact for a resolution, but it's disappointing to have to do this after a 5 week long repair.

No issues at all with customer service at Gerber.
