After two months of repairs, I was finally able to get my car back, only to find that the sunroof is still not functioning. To make matters worse, my car was returned in disarray and dirty. I feel that throughout this entire process, I have been nothing but cooperative, patient, and understanding. Nevertheless, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I do appreciate your covering a portion of my rental expenses and waiving the deductible, and I am grateful for those accommodations. However, overall, this experience has left me feeling extremely frustrated and angry. After waiting two months for my vehicle to be repaired, I expected it to be returned to me in proper working condition and in a clean, presentable state.
