My car was almost brand new when I dropped it off so the interior was blemish free. On the return of my car the center console is all scratched up on multiple spots. Extremely disappointed in the carelessness of the tech that did that damage to my new car interior.

I gave a 5 because my cars damaged parts were replaced with new parts but the lack of consideration of the inside of my car is unexceptable. I brought my car in with 1600 miles on it. It was essentially new other than the damage from the deer collision. Opon return I noticed the center console was heavily scratched. I aslo noticed white marks/haziness on the plastic parts on the door by the windows.

Work was done well! Job was completed quicker than anticipated and they did a throughout job. I am still missing my bumper decal, but it is coming in the mail and I will then have it put on. It would be 10 otherwise!

The communication of updates was very confusing. I received text messages and emails with conflicting timing and messages between what appeared to be automated vs real. The real person seemed aware, but was not clear as to what was happening so it was very confusing. Hope they can figure out a better system/process.

We really appreciated all of the care and communication from the technician, Chris. We were in a time crunch due to a scheduled vacation. Chris kept us updated and made sure everything was completed before we needed it. He was very kind and caring in his communication. Overall a very positive experience.

They did a quality work on the repairs, but it was an unreasonable amount of time for me to be without my car for a month. My neighbor brought her car in for hail repair in the morning and picked it up at the end of the same day. Others I have spoken to had a similar experience of a timely repair. I don’t understand why your process is so different. That was challenging for me to have to go without my vehicle for so long.
