Generally everything was good. However, it would have been really helpful at the time of the estimate to give a rough length of time that we would be without a car. It wasn’t until the late afternoon of the first day that we knew it was going to be 2-3 weeks.

The whole experience we had with Caliber was nothing but outstanding! The car was done much faster than we expected and the communication along the way was clear and often. They worked well with Enterprise Car Rental and with American Family Insurance to coordinate the estimate. We’ve recommended them already to people when they need a body shop.

Excellent experience from Day 1. Communications were clear and often by text to keep me updated on the expected time of completion. The front desk clerk was very nice and explained things very well and arranged for Enterprise Car Rental to pick us up but when my car was done, I merely had to leave the car at Caliber. Work looks to be excellently done. Thank you.
