After my first visit there, I met with Scott, Betsy, and Rebecca. All of them were always immediately responsive to any questions I had and extremely pleasant to work with. They went out of their way to help me. There were 2 younger men who also very helpful. I'm sorry I don't remember their names.

I needed to have my passenger-side mirror replaced after bumping it on the garage door. I obtained an estimate from another body shop that I was not happy with. I got a second opinion from Ball Body Shop, and their repairs were 1/2 the price, and completed in 1/4 of the time. Everyone at Ball Body Shop was very polite and helpful from beginning to end. I am extremely happy with their work!
