I am very unhappy that all of my personal items were shoved into my back window area and that there was something splattered on my inside front window. The work was done on the front driver’s side fender.

I am very unhappy with the way I received my interior of my car back. All of my personal possessions were shoved in the back window area. There was no reason for you to touch the those items.Also there was something splattered on the inside of my front window.

They didn’t have much to say about this whole incident except that we will call you tomorrow and get it in. I did not hear from them for over three days and this is very disconcerting.

Anthony was solid, yet there were multiple delays that were explained as a bent part, a tool that needed to be ordered and also painter on vacation. This resulted in a moving timeline for return of the truck.

This team is amazing. After not being able to get get an appt with another company I called and within 10 minutes had an appt and full explaining of the process. The team kept me updated on the progress and when I picked up my car even remembered where I had been on vacation. Absolutely exceptional! I will never go anywhere else

time frame for repair took too long

work was good except for 3 mouldings that were not put back right. Still dealing with that. Paint and body work look good, but it took 13 weeks to complete. That is why the 5 rating. Took way too long.
