The front office , Brian in particular is great. I had problems with the repair. Most troubling was the door leaked when I went thru a car wash. I hope that adjustment was made. I'll was again this week to check. There is an issue with the window. Somewhat of a Subaru issue it seems . We are waiting for a part as the function of the window is unreliable still. Finally when the door was adjusted the mechanic soiled my headliner with greasy hand, I appreciated Brian professionalism and the detail.
