The window on the passenger side will not open from the passenger side. We will need to take that back to get repaired. It will open from the driver side and that is what I checked

The Ford logo on front want replaced. I realize it wasn’t damaged by impact of accident, but it’s been scratched and the color has been completely gone. (Color was gone when brought in). I realize that technically it wasn’t necessary, but it should have been replaced.
