Repair seems to be done well, but can't tell because car wasn't returned cleaned. Car was returned dirtier than when it was originally dropped off. Timeframe provided was 3-4 days and it took 9 without any proactive communication from the shop. All the people were nice to deal with, but a few service items could have been done better.

As an insurance job and with extensive work needed as well as waiting on parts, it took about a month to get the car back. Excellent work though. Professional owners and staff.

Great customer service. My car was repaired quickly and professionally. It was washed and cleaned from the inside out as well. I love the communication. Sending me updates via text messages. Highly recommended

they literally picked up my car from another auto body place that didn’t want to fix my car…and took care of it! i didn’t have to do anything. they took half the time that the other place would! i got text updates often and the communication was amazing. i picked up my car and everyone was so friendly and it went very smoothly. my car looked brand new!!!! 10/10 experience!
