First I was told my car would be ready Thursday which I was counting on. It was not ready until Friday. When I got my car back it was filthy. There were black smudges all over the inside of my light interior and tons of dirt on the floor. I had my car detailed prior so I know this was from the work. I brought the car back and was told 15 minutes to clean. It work an hour. I had friends in town so very inconvenient. Not all of the dark smudges have come out either so will have to pay someone to get them out. Furthermore, now my windshield wipers do not work and they were perfect before. This was a DANGEROUS discovery on the freeway. Now I need to take my car to Mazda so they can figure out what you guys screwed up. Body work is fine but the lack of attention to detail and poor organization is awful. Will never use again and plan to report my terrible experience to State Farm who recommended.

My only concern after the repair were the oil fingerprints left all of the tan interior around the window in my Lexus. I couldn’t get it out of the fabric
