Victor did a great job with my Escape, when I picked it up it looked brand new, couldn't even tell it was wrecked. Great job, just hope I don't have to go through it again, nothing personal 😀.

it took quite a long time to get the parts. I would have appreciated a few follow-ups. I called the shop several times to check on the part status, left a message and got a call back within a few days.
