There was one part they said they could not locate anywhere online to replace it. However, manager told me if I could find one he would have it installed and reimburse me for the part.

1. When notifying customers that their vehicle is ready, let them know there is a 3% fee for credit card usage as this is uncommon. Then they can decide if they want to accept it or bring other payment methods because once at the shop, it is too late. 2. When customer comes to pick up vehicle, it would be nice to have a Body Shop leader/representative present to transfer vehicle and to answer any questions and discuss work done on vehicle, not just the receptionist. 3. I made a return visit to have my replacement license plate put on and Victor kindly and graciously put plate and plate holder on my car. Very nice.
