Because I just pick my vehicle up my 2013 Cadillac Escalade from Avis for body shop on telegraph road, and I'm sitting inside of my vehicle right now with my Kia stranded at a part because for some odd reason my vehicle just stopped and my vehicle cannot start and when I pick my vehicle up One headlight was blown and it was on and my mirror on my passenger side don't even go in because my driver side got hit to where that one going in and they replace one and then replace the other like this is too much I have kids in my vehicle with a dog stranded at a park right now and is 7:22 p.m. September 25th 2024 and I believe that they switched my battery out and put a bowl battery in my vehicle I will not take my vehicle back up there this is too much and my vehicle was just running now all of a sudden my vehicle does not turn on at all and I'm stranded with the kids and a dog and I just cut the roadside assistance State Farm is coming to my rescue.

They had to do a very large job on my car after an accident. Although it took a long time due to backordered parts, they were really great to work with. They were very receptive by phone and anytime I had to go into the office they were fast and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.
