I’ve been looking over the vehicle and they’re on the driver side. The front bumper is not flushed to the car like it was before the accident so that’s something I wanted to address with you. Also, I wanted to find out why is idling so high I know because it was hitting the front, that could be part of the problem looking over the vehicle how satisfied I am right now until those things can be corrected but as of right now, I’m at six. I really didn’t wanna read it right now because I’m still looking over the vehicle and in the front on the driver side. The bumper is not flushed up against the car like it was before the accident on the passenger side is fine and I really didn’t wanna write until I got a chance to talk to you all and see about getting that bumper put on there correctly. I’m still looking over the vehicle. It is a little bit louder than it was and I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Hit in the front but feel free to give me a call at 248-660-2345.

The bumper was not even touched. It needs repaired as we were rear ended. Extremely dissapointed because it was there for 3 weeks, we have to drive 2 vehicles back and forth AGAIN to have it complete. This is costing us time and money.
