I had a lot of trouble with my insurance company getting the proper fixed to my car after damages that we were not even at fault for. Thanks to your clear communication as t what were the true damages and feeling a clear understanding and relationship directly with the team at AW collision really helped smoothen the process of negotiation to getting the fixes done. Furthermore, AW collision was quick with the repairs, as sin as we had called just to check in on the car, they had mentioned the vehicle being ready for pick up the next day. This is not the first vehicle we have taken to AW collision. We feel strongly about the fact that this team treats their customers like family. Can confirm this after my daughter taking her vehicle there 6 years ago, to now receiving their help with my own vehicle. A special thank you to the manager who didn’t hesitate to answer any and ALL questions regarding the process.
