I was amazed at how friendly everyone was the first time I came into the office to drop off my car. Everyone was so warm and sensitive to making sure I was well cared for. I have honestly never experienced that with a collision company.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that wants to have a stress-free experience and great results being kept in the loop every step of the way with updates and also also I needed an Uber to get home because I had to drop my car off and I didn’t have a ride and they paid for my Uber all the way in Stevenson Ranch, which is quite far from Beverly Hills. This business is just absolutely outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about this place because there’s just so much to say another thing I wanna add is that they’re very consistent because I have my car there before and it was the same experience the last time so they’re just really good quality in every way.

Nick was excellent repairing my Mercedes. He was great when dealing with the insurance adjuster. He was able to get me all OEM new parts when I was hitting a brick wall advocating on my own with the adjuster . Nick has exceptional service and advocated fir me as if it was his own vehicle. He always kept me informed along the way and didn’t have my car being repaired for an extended period of time like other places have . This is the second time I’ve had my car repaired and every time he remains consistent and exceeded my expectations on every level. If I could give this business a 20 I would , absolutely exceptional all the way around .
