Not sure. First time I brought my son’s car in and you did a perfect job. I bring my car in under my insurance and I couldn’t recommend you to anyone. I’m at a loss here.

There is literally a tape line on the top of my bumper about 3/16” from the hood. It is like it was taped off for clear coat and the tape went across that section. Completely noticeable. Then the rubber seal on the front of the hood was peeled off for some reason and the sticky part of the tape section way contaminated. I had to use 3M double sided tape to repair that. The hood was not adjusted correctly because the latch watch set too low. As I went to adjust that I found out the left bolt was stripped. I fixed that and adjusted the hood as it was from the factory… even had to adjust the driver side rubber bump stop so the hood aligned with the fender. Then I noticed the A/C not even close to as cool as it was before bringing the car in. The car needed 1.5 lb of freon added to it. Now it is back to cooling.

The worst experience from a “high-quality” repair shop imaginable. I can’t begin to express the lack of quality, attention to care, consideration for owners vehicle, and the lack of quality assurance is simply astounding. Neglect comes to mind

With the awful repair job that has exhausted 10 weeks of my life. The customer service team simply lied to me throughout the process and didn’t do any sort of quality assurance to make sure the team was doing the repairs properly without damaging other parts of the car.

AWC’s reassembly of vehicle and paint matching was superb. There is only one minor detail in the repair (bumper configuration) which, overall, is relatively inconsequential.
