Holly was very consistent about keeping me informed of the progress as the repair was done! She’s a sweetheart! And she was able to get our car ready a day early so I could take a planned vacation. I really appreciate that! Also, Lisa at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly when I spoke with her. She’s very professional! Two great employees! Lisa at the front reception desk was wonderful. She greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming and professional. Holly was amazing. She was very nice, professional and tentative to my needs. She kept me informed daily on the status of my vehicle and got my car back to me in just one week. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. The entire team was great and made me feel like they really truly care. Thank you!!

I have taken my vehicle to Seidners twice for repairs and am happy to say that both times I was very satisfied with the work. Mike and Lisa are so friendly and communicative. I was informed of the timeline, when my car was being painted, reassembled, and when it would be ready. And on top of that, it was ready sooner than expected! Seidners offers timely service and pays attention to detail. While I don’t hope I get into any more crashes that require repairs, I know that if I do, Seidners is always going to be the place I go to.

Customer service was great! There were no problems in getting the repair done in a very timely manner! Lisa, in the office, was on top of the details in guiding me through the whole process. Mike, the Estimator, gave exact details of the repairs that needed to be done on the rear bumper on our van. It was all handled very professionally and I would highly recommend Seidner’s Collision Center in Duarte to anyone needing auto body repairs! Also, since I needed a rental car during the repairs, Enterprise could pick me up from Seidner’s. Then when I returned to pick up the repaired van, they allowed me to leave the rental car, and Enterprise would pick up the rented car from there. Very convenient! So happy to have our car back—and it looks like new again! Thank you Lisa and Mike and everyone who put their effort into getting this all taken care of!

I had a great experience with Seidner’s Collision Center in Duarte. Lisa at the front desk took care of I’ll the paperwork and keeping me informed on the repairs. Mike, the estimator, was detailed in helping me understand the repairs that needed to be done on the car, and then kept me up to date on the process. The car was ready in quick time, and it looked like brand new when finished! Great place to have any auto body work done! I recommend Seidner’s for sure.
