Spencer was patient and explained everything clearly. What I was really impressed with was the updates by text message on the progress. You guys over estimated and delivered ahead of schedule instead of under estimating and breaking schedules. Your competitor Caliber does not have this texting and its reliant on calling the Rep to get updates. Please keep using this texting updated as its really a differentiator. Also helped order enterprise to come pick me up
