We had a rental car booked from Hertz in Pasadena and was trying to book the supplementary drop off service, however, the receptionist was extremely adamant that the drop off service only applied to the Alhambra Hertz location (which is nonexistent) instead of the Pasadena one, unwilling to order the uber for us. As a result, we went to ask Jesse directly to help us book the uber, and he was more than happy to help.
