Cartek was top notch service and care. They guided me through the process of using my insurance, called the car rental place to pick me up and retrieve my rental, got my car back ahead of time and were very friendly and communicative. For what could have felt like an overwhelming experience, they made it easy and my car looks super. The shop was clean and they always offered coffee and water. My car was returned super clean, too! Thank you!
