Jack was amazing: communicative, helpful, caring. However I'm disappointed that all of the damage from my accident was not repaired. Also when I returned my Enterprise car I had trouble reaching an Enterprise agent.

What was done was perfect, but my insurer refused to cover the damage to the passenger side of my car.

Jack was super informative, super communicative, and super friendly! It was NOT his fault that my insurer, Liberty Mutual, refused to cover some of the damage, and Jack was very sympathetic.
