I would like to file a formal complaint in regards to my vehicle. My name is Brenda . I currently have an open claim through Geico insurance for my black 2019 Mercedes C 300. I would like to file a complaint regarding the result of my vehicle being returned in operable. I brought my vehicle into your repair shop running perfectly fine and AW collision picked up my vehicle from the West Covina Mercedes-Benz services department. Somewhere along the way, I was negligently informed that AFTER all repairs for the body damages were complete - that my vehicle was going to be TOEWD back to the Mercedes-Benz dealer!! Not once was I informed of any issues with my vehicle. As of today I am being told that it is not operable, at no point did anyone call me to mention any of this or to ask and clarify the status of my vehicle issue I feel something needs to be done. I would like to speak to somebody who is in the position to help me. I feel like something was missed and there is clearly a problem now with my vehicle if I am not able to drive it. This was very unprofessional of whoever is in charge of discussing this matter with me as soon as the issue was presented, not one time did anyone say anything to me about my vehicle until all the body repairs were done. It was not until then that I was told my vehicle was to be TOWED ! Someone needs to be held responsible for what is going on , how is it possible that I brought my vehicle in running perfectly fine and now I am being told my vehicle does not even turn on. I believe that someone should be held responsible for being noncompliant even if foreseeable once someone had noticed it had an issue, from the beginning that is something that should have been clarified to me. I am being told by the Mercedes dealer ship that somehow now I am looking at having to pay up to $9000 to fix this problem when clearly I am not getting my vehicle returned from AW collision in the same condition as when I turned it in as an operable drivable vehicle. Someone dropped the ball here someone was noncompliant someone should be held accountable. I would like to speak to a manager supervisor whoever is responsible to follow the appropriate actions here. I have asked Geico to get in touch with somebody at AW collision, and I’ve also requested to speak to a manager at the Mercedes-Benz dealership, somehow nobody has been able to reply regarding this issue. This is unacceptable! I need an official record of the findings who did not report the minute there was something wrong with my vehicle? Who did not follow protocol? Was there ever a check engine light or an audible issue when starting my vehicle? Was my vehicle ever driven when it should not have been? Someone was non-compliant or did not follow proper procedures here. This is the result of someone who was unsafe, improper conduct, incompetency and or lack of standards of a proper auto body repair industry?! These damages have now affected my vehicle and this wrongdoing should proceed in court or with filing a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair regulations if not resolved .

My car was not completed. A sensor was malfunctioning and went back the next day and techs could not fix. I am still waiting for a call back to schedule my repair.

My overall experience for the most part was good. Communication and customer service was great with the repair shop, and quality of the repairs. However when I got my car back my phone charger I had in the center council was missing and I told the rep Aaron at Lexus he handles this very poorly.
