John Xiao was my estimator for the second time, and as always he was great to work with. John is really knowledgeable about what he is doing and communicates clearly what the damage is, what repairs are necessary and what to expect throughout your service. He does his best to provide the best service and rates he can. The front desk staff also are really nice and easy to communicate with. I trust my car is in good hands here.

The cost seemed totally excessive

While the communication with the AW was excellent, the length of time to complete the repairs was not OK. Also the overall costs seemed excessive given what appear to be be very localized damage. Not sure if that was a BMW or AW issue. Have to say I would never purchase another BMW iX.
