The repair was the quarter panel and bumper. The quarter panel, bumper, and trunk were misaligned when put back together. Also the interior had dirty scuff marks. I shared all the above with my AW Collision contact, and he did help us correct the alignment and clean the scuff marks, though there is still a stain on the interior from the scuff.

Kudos to the service team headed by Tristan Harris. He went the extra mile in getting my concerns done and facilitating my rental at Enterprise. He asked first if I was okay, which was so nice of him, he made me feel valued and heard. . I also want to commend the reception team headed by Marlena and team mate Vanessa. Marlena too after introducing herself when I called, which is the way to answer the phone, also showed her concern if I was okay. She too made me feel like a person and heard. The staff made me feel valued and I do appreciate it. All 3 are an asset to the company and represents AW Collision of Serramonte very well. I will definitely recommend AW Collision to all the people o know and even those whom I will get acquainted with. God Bless you Guys.

The service was outstanding. Tristan was an amazing service representative that helped work with the insurance adjusters to ensure the repairs were completed perfectly. It was not easy as it involved many resubmissions to insurance, but ultimately everything was covered. Tristan kept me updated every step of the way. He was fantastic and the repair is perfect.
